What does a Carte LS® corporate gift box contain ?

Carte LS® is a card with no monetary value contained in an elegant box. On the back of this card, the lucky beneficiary will find the access codes to a reserved private site where he/she will withdraw the gift of his/her choice.

How can the beneficiary choose his/her gift ?

With the access codes written on the back of his/her Carte LS® card, the beneficiary will log-in to the withdrawal site www.ls-pass.com where he/she will be able to see the gift collection corresponding to his/her card, choose his/her gift and receive it directly to the address of his/her choice. How long is the Carte LS® card valid ?

The card sent in the Carte LS® corporate gift box is valid 12 months from the issuing date. The expiry date is mentioned at the back of the card.

Will the beneficiary be able to know the price of his/her Carte LS® ?

No, the Carte LS® card has no monetary value, and the withdrawal site has a different address (www.ls-pass.com) from the one of the main site.

What can be personalized in the Corporate gift box Carte LS® ?

You can personalize the presentation card with a logo, text and signature which is included in the Carte LS®.

You can also personalize the withdrawal site that the beneficiary will visit in order to choose his/her gift with a logo, photo and text.

Personalization can be done on-line, in a very simple and user-friendly way. Standard personalization is optional and complimentary.

What are the different means of payment accepted ?

You can pay by credit card in £ on-line. You can also pay by bank transfer in €.
The order will then be processed as soon as the payment has been received.

Is the on-line payment secure ?

Yes, payments by credit card are done through a direct interface with the Crédit Mutuel bank. The system is completely secure.

How can I get in touch with you if I have a problem ?

Can I follow the different steps of my order throughout the full process ?

Yes, you can log-in to your account area with your email address and password at any time and have a look at the status of your order.
You can also check the gifts withdrawns by your beneficiaries, you can print your invoice(s), etc.... Every step of the process will also generate email alerts

How will I receive my invoice ?

You will receive your invoice by email in PDF format, as soon as the order is confirmed.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it ?

No, each order is processed straight forward as soon as it has been confirmed.

Is there a minimum order amount ?

Yes, the minimum order amount is of 280 £ (excl.VAT)

What can we personalize on Carte LS® ?

You can personalize the presentation card joined to the Carte LS® corporate gift box, as well as the beneficiary withdrawal site.

Do I have to pay for a personalization ?

No, all personalization options are complimentary.

Can I have a preview of what my beneficiaries will see ?

Yes, once you have inserted your logo, text and signature on the personalization page, you can see a preview of the presentation card and of the personalized withdrawal site. See demo or withdrawal site http://www.ls-pass.com

Can I use different messages on the Carte LS® personalization that I will offer to my Clients and colleagues ?

No, you can add only one message on the presentation card and one on the withdrawal site per order. If you wish to have more than one message, you have to place more than one order.

I have placed my order, can I change my personalization ?

This will depend on the status of your order. Call us to + 33 (0) 241 344 1291 : our advisers will look into your request.

Questions about delivery :

How long takes the delivery of my Carte LS® corporate gift boxes ?

Once your order is placed and your payment has been confirmed, your Carte LS® will be sent to you within 48 hours by our carrier. On average, deliveries take 72 business hours, excluding Saturdays and bank holidays.

Will I have to pay delivery charges ?

No, you will not be asked to pay any additional fees, as everything is included in the price of your Carte LS®.

How long does it take to deliver the gift to the beneficiary ?

Delivery time-scales depend on the gift selected : they are indicated for each gift on the withdrawal site. Deliveries generally take 5 days.

Can the delivery address be different from the billing address ?

Yes, absolutely. You will be asked to provide both the billing and the delivery address during the ordering process.

Can I have different delivery adresses ?

As many as you wish : you can choose to have the boxes delivered individually or by batches. These options are chargeable.

Can the Carte LS® corporate gift boxes be delivered everywhere in the U.K. ?

Yes, they can be delivered everywhere in the U.K.. In order to know the additional delivery charges outside the U.K., please contact us at the following number : +33 (0) 241 344 129.
